Yesterday we took Jonathan to Carson and Barnes 3 Ring Circus. I picked up a buy one get one free ticket at a local resturant and Jonathan is still free because he is under 2, so it was pretty inexpensive (as long as we didn't buy any food or ride ponies, elephants, or camels). Jonathan loved it. He danced to the music and clapped for the dancing girls. We got there a little early and were able to get seats on the front row. Jonathan also enjoyed watching all the animals.
As we were in line waiting to purchase our tickets, a clown (Poppa Clown) was walking around entertaining people. He came up behind Jonathan and picked him up, Jonathan glared at him and would not crack a smile. I took a picture, with Jonathan giving a very serious look. A few minutes later, Jonathan was walking around venturing out towards the ponies when Papa Clown came walking past him and Jonathan quickly ran to me. I don't think he was too impressed with the clowns. I was only able to get 2 pictures before I let Jonathan play with the camera and he dropped it and it broke. So I was unable the capture the full experience of Jonathan's first circus, but we had fun.

I don't believe little Jon glared at anyone! I bet he loved all the music and animals. Has he had his first haircut yet? I hope the camera is fixable; we can't wait to see more pictures and all the blogging stories too. We can't wait to see you next week!
